Hydramatic is a closely allied supplier much like Delphi, and GM owns a majority share. But GM sources transmissions from a number of companies. I believe GM does own part of Isuza. I know for certain that Ford has a large share of Mazda, and DaimlerChrylser has a majority share of Mitsubishi.
