Re: ist D and Arca Swiss quick release

Unfortunately the camera body is to deep, that means the distance btween the 
screw and the lip on the plate is to short.  This is also the problem that I 
have with my current plate that I've been using with my ZX-L.  But if I 
can't find a plate with a lip that fits wimberly have a new generic plate 
but I wonder if it's stable enough to prevent twisting.  Of course I'm 
hoping that someone will make a L-bracket for the ist D, not that I'm 
expecting it.

Anyone out there using arca swiss release that got a ist D.  I just 
realized that I need a new plate for my new toy and I would appreciate 
suggestions.
