Thanks - but there's no scripting language for file conversion, as far as I can see. I want to get the complicated thumbnail-sizing-after-cropping /right/.
If you want to do scripted picture manipulation, my recommendation would be ImageMagick. A very versatile command line tool: www.imagemagick.com
