I've bought some items from him. The prices are a bit on the high side, but
the item quality is always excellent. He ships promptly, though when he
forgot to include to the hood and case for an SMC 24/3.5, he paid shipping
and got it to me within a few days. Actually, he has a partner that handles
his Ebay auctions sometimes when Tran is out of town. They seem do a large
volume. My purchases were about 1-1.5 years ago.
If I recall, he is a photographer and camera swap meet pro, roaming the
eastern and southern USA doing camera swap meets, with the occasional item
tossed onto Ebay. I saw a gallery of his, with shots from Paris of some
models. The pics looked good pro quality.
So, no worries there, but it looks like TexDance picked up the LX below with
BuyItNow.
