You'll need to find something that can read LZH files (a file format I haven't seen in about 10 years). UltimateZip is free software that did it for me on Windows (http://www.ultimatezip.com). Genzo has a terrible UI, much worse than Pentax Photo Lab (if that is possible). It won't let the window go bigger than about 800x600 pixels but can't show the whole UI in that space. It doesn't appear to read the white balance information from the photo either. It might be based on dcraw (http://www.cybercom.net/~dcoffin/dcraw/) which is an open source library and utility for converting RAW images. Hopefully some of the tools listed there that use dcraw will pick up the latest version that has Pentax support. alex
