For those who care, I settled on Life Savers as the first choice for
my project. Skittles were better than M&Ms, but still not bright
enough or saturated enough, and Good n Fruity turned out to be
lacking a little in saturation as well. So, the project is ready to
move ahead with Jelly Bellys and Life Savers.
A hearty thanks to all who jumped in with their suggestions and
comments. I learned more about candy than I'd ever thought.
