I have found the Sigma 24/2.8 (PKA) was a very good lens. It seems to be
sharper (not necessaily mean higher resolution) and higher contrast than the
FA*24/2. However, it has flare problem (the hood did not help), rather poor
mechanics (manual focus version) and 1 stop slower, I "feel" it is a better
lens than the FA*, optically.
