It says Nikon will concentrate fully on development of digital and stop (starting today) further development of film based camera's. I take from that that they will sell there existing film based cameras, but not develop anything new. For the Japanese market however they will stop the sales from April onwards. I don't know what that means outside Japan, but you can guess yourself.
