IF anyone else here is having trouble getting it to show the entire interface without having to scroll around all the time, the answer (on windows XP at least) is to go into Regional and Language Options and on the Advanced tab set the non-unicode language to Japanese. You may need to select the option on the languages tab to install east asian langauuges for Japanese to be available on the list first though. This does make some characters (\ for example) display a bit naffly unfortunataly, so you will probably want to toggle this on when using Genzo then off again afterwards. Its a shame, because you have to reboot whenever you change this value...! Genzo is a royal pain in the a**e unless you do that though! BTW, I have found noise control much better in Pentax Lab, but sharpening better in Genzo. White balance is also a bit tricky in Genzo, but you do get a much bigger preview and it creates the jpg files much quicker too.
