There is also a cable for connecting the ist-D to a TV set. I am not sure why anybody would want either option. It costs very little to buy a card reader (USB or Firewire as you like), it is very easy and a much much faster download to simply remove the CF card, plug it into the reader, and copy the files from that "external disk" onto your hard drive.
