When I sell, I rarely offer worldwide. When I do, International Money Orders issued by a mainstream bank (not Western Union though - any UK seller accepting Western Union money orders take note - they cannot be cashed or paid into a UK bank account, or - get this - even changed into UK currency at a Western Union agent), direct bank transfer, cash by insured mail, personal cheque via a contact in NY. When it's a UK only sale, cheque, cash, postal order. When buying, (in UK) personal cheque. USA, good old dollars and sense either direct or via a NY contact.
