When I was doing weddings we would shoot 350-500 frames and probably cull 50 or so for obvious flaws. We also worked from bride prep to near the end of the reception for an 8-12 hour day. After your yummy food comment I hope you have a feed the photographer clause in your contract on any wedding that you cover through part of the reception.
