Back when I lived close to the London area I used to buy tea from both Fortnum & Mason and Jacksons of Piccadily (now, unfortunately, closed). For those in the US lacking a good tea supply: Many middle-eastern or indian food stores carry excellent selections of tea, at very attractive prices (around $5 for a pound of loose tea). Failing that, Fortnum & Mason offer mail-order service. This costs less for most items than buying them from specialty import stores.
