What about the devices that need to read it? Will your camera be able to format it and still be in compliance? Someone mentioned that $10,000,000.00 is nothing to Microsoft, well I don't thing $250,000.00 is very much to Lexar or other flash memory manufacturers. They'll just pay it and keep MS happy.
