May I suggest that you do what I did. Take another normal lens, better tele-lens, such as 135 mm that has good distance. Then pick up a subject, focus on it with regular lens and then try to focus with your soft lens. Ideally, readings off the distance scale should match... This way at least you would have "food for thought" and also you would train your eye <g>... Good (photo) hunting <g>. Boris.
