Hm, I *DO* have ALT tags. I use image maps because I have no good way of
implementing the top and bottom frames in a text-based fashion and still
achieving a fixed size frames. And *I* hate "navigation" frames with
scroll-bars. The alternative is to add a text navigation menu to each one
of the two-hundred-something KMP pages. THis one I am not prepared to do,
although, I too do not think that an image-map is the perfect-most
solution.
