Nik also has a plug that is a filter package. Not free. The color filters are contrast filters, and there are several grads and other special effects. Even an attempt at various polarizers, which, of course, are poor substitutes for a real polarizer on the lens. Nik does NOT attempt to simulate Wratten filters. The pacckage is called Filter Efex Pro.

Are there any Photoshop plug-ins to correct color balance due to a difference between color temperatures of film & lighting. For example 2700 oK (bulbs) to 5500 oK (film).
PC based http://www.mediachance.com/digicam/filtersim.htm
It's also free :)
It simulates Kodak Wratten filters. Works fairly well for me.
