That's the one.

The pet shop owner refers to it as a 'Norwegian Blue' (sic) - obviously
grasping the name out of thin air in an attempt to pass off the upset
customer who has brought it back, noticing that it hadn't moved all the
time he had owned it. 'Beautiful plumage' he proffers, helpfully. Then he
suggests it's simply resting after a particularly long squawk, etc.
