I am beginning a spring cleaning, and this will be the first of several FS notices you will see over the coming weeks. Just received a scanner compatible with my new computer, and the old scanner is the first item to go. Microtk ScanMaker Plus - E3 2-3 years old Nothing remarkable. It works. Adequate for starting into scanning for the web. I have used it for my several PUG entries, etc. I have the software CD that came with it, and the SCSI cable. It has inputs for serial (?) and parallel (?) as well as the SCSI; I used this via SCSI with my Mac, and I know nothing about the other ports. The included software is said to be compatible with Win 3.x, Win95, & NT, and includes image editing, OCR, etc. Yours for $10 plus cost of packing and shipping. The cable is worth that much.
