Well, as with a lot of things you find on the web these days, I had assumed it was American, mainly because they list the cost of gear in the tests in US Dollars. They do post news in GMT though. There's nothing significant in it - I just find it interesting. When I see something on the web, I like to know where it originates - it helps me get a perspective that I'm happy with.
