Hi ... The snow people are just big balloons, and what appears to be cables are actually tubes that carry the compressed air that's continually pumped into these creatures. When you stand close enough to them you can hear the compressor running. A stranger sight is when they spring a leak, or the air flow is low, and they sag ... LOL
