In the days when i used film from the fridge.... If in a desperate hurry and no alternative available, i would pull it from the fridge - or even the freezer - still in plastic cannister, and conceal it somewhere about the person that's really really warm. After I had stopped hopping about the room, open the cannister and hey presto! Load the film.
