Selected portions of a rather lengthy description of a Pentax 645 currently on auction: ----------- Begin Quote This camera is in super condition and has seen VERY little use. The interior of the camera (mirror box in front and film area in back) are mint and look brand new. 120 insert film back is included, and this camera can easily accept other film insert backs including 35mm and 220. The rubber eyecup is missing (often available on ebay between $9-15). The top plastic body cap above the word Pentax has some minor scratches to plastic--solely cosmetic, and not bad (you can save several thousand dollars buying one of these 645 kits in super nice barely used condition versus new in the box, and you will cause scratches and wear eventually anyway!). Large professional grip is comfortable, . . . ------------- End Quote I am particularly intrigued by the MINT interior (how could you tell?), the fact that this may be the only P645 in the world which accepts 35mm inserts, that is has a PROFESSIONAL grip, and that it is missing the eyecup, has accumulated multiple scratches and dings, and this is after VERY little use. I would hate to see what this user does to a camera after extensive use. Buy It Now for $1,100 including a 45mm lens. Stan - This message is from the Pentax-Discuss Mail List.
