Keep calling RCN. They should be able to tell you what's happening. They may indeed be blocking rr.com because of the rampant virus problem Roadrunner has (and isn't very much interested in fixing, by all accounts). I have Roadrunner blocked - I'm "whitelisting" their legit mail servers one at a time.
