Hi Len,

I'm using ZA 4.0.123.012, and it's been wonderful. I'll just hazard a guess
here, but under 'Privacy', try enabling all cookies and turning off ad
control. In the past I've had nothing but trouble with any kind of ad
blocker (often blocking everything but the ads), and cookie blockers tend to
remove the functionality of some websites. Try changing these settings, then
clearing your IE cache and cookies (tools> internet options> general> delete
files + delete cookies). Close & restart IE and it should be fine.

If not, you can try adding PUG to your trusted zones (ZA> Firewall> Zones>
Add> Host/site> Trusted + http://pug.komkon.org/ ).

or, a less preferable third alternative, go to ZA> Firewall> Main> Internet
Zone Security> Medium (mine is default on high, while Trusted Zones is
default medium).

Hope it works! :-)

HTH,
Ryan

PS. About undesirable cookies, I just make it a habit to clear my cache and
cookies just before I close my last browser window. Only disadvantage is
deleteing the cache and cookies and clearing the history makes you lose the
custom icons that some websites give you when you save a bookmark.. But it's
a small tradeoff.. In my own experience, Norton AV is works well hand in
hand with ZA (personally don't like Norton Internet Security/Firewall.. I'm
under the impression it uses more resources than ZA..).
