You might not be able to get into the program if you wait too long to register this year (I understand it may be the first time that people may not be able to sign up at the gate), but you could still get on the mountain and visit. That is what I will be doing.
Also you will probably find it interesting that a lot of car ads have been filmed there on the road up the mountain.
