My experience was that a no photos during the ceremony policy only shut down the working photographers. There will always be a number of pew warmers who don't observe the ban, I suspect on the theory that there isn't a hell of a lot that can be done about them. OTOH, a pro who doesn't listen can be barred from shooting there in the future. William Robb
