Lon, I understand fully about the cropping. I did not crop. I guess I was using the shot as I was able to take it, it reminds me of where I was. My only vantage point from the front porch. He left very shortly after taking a couple of shots. I really was not able to get close.
If I were to submit it somewhere I would definitely crop. Though on the monitor it looks so much better than in the PUG... I too like it better cropped. I really do need to spend the time. Or make the time :-) Thanks for all your comments and time, Csar Panama City, Florida in Baltimore, Maryland -- -----Original Message----- -- From: Lon Williamson [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] -- Sent: Monday, January 05, 2004 7:00 AM -- -- I notice that Frank has decided to comment on all PUG entries -- for January, so I'm gonna do it, too. Not critique, but comment. -- <snip> -- -- " Looking " by Csar A. Matamoros II -- This begs for tighter cropping to me. I don't think the cable and -- associated hardware help the shot at all. There is so much of it -- present that I find my eye flicking between it and the squirrel -- constantly. --
