Taking the lead from Rob, here are two shots of the moon from just an hour or so ago. One was made with the ist-D, Sigma 300/4 with Sigma 2x and 1.4x TCs and is pretty heavily cropped. ISO 400, F9.0 @ 1/100
The other was made with ist-D, Sigma 400/5.6 (a really old manual focus version that is kinda cheap feeling) with 2x and 1.4x Sigma TCs. ISO 400 F11 @ 1/60 http://home.mindspring.com/~c_skofteland/id5.html I'd say Rob's image was sharper and better. I had the tripod set up on a wooden deck and think there was a lot of vibration/camera shake. Christian Skofteland [EMAIL PROTECTED]
