Once again, it depends on the kind of photography you do. Metering for each exposure can be a PITA for many photographers in numerous situations. Not having to press the green button every time one wanted to make an exposure, and being able to retain the last exposure info, would be important to a lot of people, myself included.
But, regardless, it's great to know that the camera now has added capabilities and that K and M lens users can continue using their favorite glass regardless of shooting style.
