Dlab7 do offer a cut and sleeve service for E6, at the same price as 
mounted.  I've only used them for c41 so far, and they've been uniformly 
excellent at developing.  The one set of prints I've had from them so 
far they stuffed up by solarising them (see earlier comments on list), 
but I'm happy to believe that's a one-off :-)  No sign of the reprints yet.
