Yup. I had an auction end a few days ago that did not make reserve. Since the high
bidder was within 10% I
offered it to him. He came back and offered $15.00 =less= than he had bid and told me
that the other bidder
was me because, now get this, "he lives in the same area as you do." I informed him
that I live in a metroplex
with over 3 million people and I'm sure I was not the only one here that used eBay....
go figure...
