It is the rep's lens. I could not even buy it, if I were so inclined. I did not ask the price.
The jury is still out for me. I am not in the habit of using a zoom. I tried a few shots with a view I liked and saw myself definitely below 24mm, usually about 20mm or less. Thus I can see that I would like a wide angle. I still have to look at the shots I took and personally rate the quality.
