Anyone who attended a church that used the King James' version of the
bible should be only too familiar with the word 'kine' - it turns up
in the story of Joseph (he of the amazing technicolour dreamcoat), in
the dream concerning the seven fat kine and the seven thin kine.
I would imagine other bibles use the word, too.
