Thanks, yeah I did try looking for drivers. The pentax page (canada/usa/japan) only has drivers for win95/98/Me. I assume that means win2k/Xp is supposed to be automatic.
I also tried connecting the camera to MacOS X. Nothing. Worked fine with my friend's Canon A70 a couple of months ago. (Pentax USA's page specifically says MacOSX compatibility should be automatic.) Also, it used to work with Japanese WinME so I can't imagine there's a language issue here. >Just a guess, but I bet the driver isn't compatable with your new operating >system. >Have you tried finding an updated driver for it? >William Robb
