set it up with a cute Minolta SRT101? ;-)

I just picked up another spotmatic from KEH, which I need like a hole
in the head, but for $33 I figured it was worth it. I expected a really
beat up camera. What I got instead was a really old camera, perhaps
older than I am. I was hoping somebody could help me put a firm date on
it. It'd be neat to have a working camera that predates me.

Here's the specifics:

Serial #1092665. They started at 1000000, according to Gerjan's book.

Exposure counter is taller than later spotmatics.

Big flathead screw in right side of top cover, above back hinge.

Numbers on shutter speed dial are rounder and larger than others I've
seen.

Circular fresnel lens is really obvious in viewfinder.

Red dot on film rewind button.
Film speed goes 20-1600, which Gerjan's book says means post Feb '65.

Strap hooks appear to be later large size, which suggests post June '67
but there is no way of knowing whether they are original.

Meter-on switch is smaller than I'm used to with "SW" on a sort of
oval protrusion, and an arrow pointing to "ON" marked on the lens mount
area next to the switch.
