I think the black lines in the rightmost drop are caused by wilted rowan
leaves on the stone, but it would be much more fun if you are right...:-)

I see your point about the topmost highlight. I left it in because I thought
that cropping it all out would make the shot too tight. Also, I think it's
pretty much in the right place, composition considered. Maybe it's possible
to clone it off in Photoshop.

When I framed this shot, the topmost spore capsule had a nice big droplet as
well. There was also a big chunk of wilted debris right behind it, which I
decided to remove. Unfortunately, the droplet went with it. I considered
waiting until the moss had gathered enough spray from the waterfall to build
another droplet, but I realised that the camera would gather moisture at the
same rate, so I didn't take the risk. That thing about drop building
sequence didn't strike me at all! Very interesting. :-)
