Not a botanist and even if I was I think I would not be that interested in Bryophytes and even if I was I would probably not be able to identify one from three spore capsules. Apparently also known as Yellow Fringe Moss, this is found found in the UK south of a line across the country half way from here to Edinburgh. Also no records from the Norfolk area.
