Tanya, are you running Windows XP on that computer? If so you probably have
it set up to auto-adjust the time and date periodically via 'ping' to a time
server, and you've got the wrong time zone configured. Right-click on the
time display in the bottom right corner of the screen (to the right of the
system tray), then select 'Adjust Date/Time'. Make sure your time zone is
correct (and that, if appropriate, you have the 'adjust for daylight savings
time' box checked), then see what's enabled (or not) on the Internet Time
tab. It's fine to have it periodically poll a time server, but you have to
have the time zone right.....
