Noise reduction seems more tied to exposure time than ISO. If you don't shoot slower than about 1/8 second, it doesn't get used anyway. I have been using Neat Image for post processing. It seems to give fairly good noise reduction for those times the in camera NR doesn't get invoked. William Robb
