Hi Kostas,

As far as I remember, the Zorki 4 (I used to own one) doesn't
have a hotshoe, just an accessory shoe, which means that you'll
need a flash that can be connected to the PC socket.
Your father could be probably happier with a flash like the
Sunpak 383 or 144, or any other model that works in auto setting
(other than manual mode) and has a simple jack to PC socket
cable.
I'm not sure, but I don't think that the AF201SA has a PC
socket.
Things may be different if your father owns a Fed 5 (5b or 5c),
equipped with a true hotshoe.
