The only problems I've had with them have been with items shipped up from the US.
UPS stinks here in Spain. I have decided that I will never buy anything from somebody in the US if they insist on shipping the goods using UPS. USPS (US Postal Service), on the other hand, are very good, at least shipping to Spain.
