I use mine almost exclusively with my Sigma 300/2.8 with very good
results.
Today I'll be trying it out with my FA50/1.4 because I need something
longer than 50mm and faster than f/2.8. I'll see how it works in this
application (I'll be shooting wide open). Not expecting great things but
probably good enough for modest print sizes and the client's intended
use.

(And yes, I *do* need to get myself a fast portrait lens for this kind
of work instead of resorting to kluges like using a fast 50 on a
teleconverter...)
