That'll work! You can even get a PCMCIA slot attachment for a desktop computer. That with the CF-to-PCMCIA adaptor should let you read cards on just about any computer. >Another question: >Is there any software that will allow me to view the istD images on such an >old laptop (Pentium 75, 32MB RAM, and about 250MB spare hard drive space)? I'd suggest IrfanView (free) at www.irfanview.com (works fine on my old Pentium 133 laptop with 80 meg - and it worked well even when it only had 32 meg). There's a whole lot more free software out there. See my page at http://www.robertstech.com/pixel/software.htm -- Mark Roberts Photography and writing www.robertstech.com
