Consider the case in Florida. As some of you know, an 11 year old girl was kidnaped and killed in Fl. A car wash manager realized that the actual kidnaping was caught on his CCTV. They actually had the FBI and NASA doing enhancements. I suspect that these images will not be used extensively in court but were critical is actually catching the suspect.
