A conversation that was reported to me several days after it happened, almost certainly not verbatim:
Kodak Rep: What your customers _really_ want is digital prints from their E6 work. Lab Tech: Don't tell me what _my_ customers want -- the reason they come _here_ is that they want R-3 prints, and when I can't give them those, they take their business elsewhere. I've lost two major clients already because I can't get R-3 paper any more.
