retailer was selling the K1000 with the 50mm f1.7 and another was selling it with the
35-70 4.5-5.6
zoom.I went for the zoom, as it was $15.00 cheaper and i though i was getting the
better
deal, and
finally picked up the 50 in 2003.Now i realize the 50 is the better deal.lol.>

No, I think Sid has a NON MLU 6x7.MLU sure came in handy when tripod was set up in a
swamp.:-)
