Not huge savings but for example they got me a Z1 gripstrap for $154 when none of the retail shops was interested in chasing it up for me. A couple of camera shops told me it was discontinued and refused to look into it any further, another gave me a quote for about for about AU$170 but every time I called them to see if it had come in they said said it hadn't. So in the end I just went straight to CR Kennedy who sold it to me on the understanding that I wouldn't make a habit of buying straight from them. Other than that, I have got bits and pieces such as a flash shoe cover for my Z1 that the camera shops wouldn't even make the effort to price, let alone order.
