Care to check that math again? I get 320 sq. in. for a 20x16 print, which needs a little more than 27 megapixels at 300ppi, and almost 40 megapixels at 360ppi. (and almost 48 megapixels for the full-frame 24x16 image you'd have to start with to be able to get a borderless 20x16 print)
