I found two references in the (Dutch) Pentax pricelist:
Code 37244 cable-release FDp for Z1p
Code 37242 cable-release F for ZX/MZ type camera's
This second one is probably the same as reffered to as "cable release F" on
the Pentax K-mount site (BOZ) in the "misc" section at:
http://www.phred.org/pentax/k/
I think the code-number is universal, should be enough to order the thing.
Further, I got a cable-release with my Z1 (almost identical to PZ1p) and
although I think it is the "F" version, it works fine on both the Z1 and the MZ3.
List price is arround US $40
